There are a few steps up to the front garden and then a few more steps up into the house. The entrance hall has coat hooks and under stairs storage available. Two doors from the hallway lead to a large open plan well equipped kitchen/dining and living room. The kitchen has a large gas hob and electric oven cooker, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster and kettle.
The house is fitted with a new gas fired combi boiler so instant hot water and heating is always guaranteed whatever the time of day. In the utility room is a washer dryer and microwave with access to rear court yard. The rear court yard has a patio area with table, chairs and use of a barbecue to enjoy the afternoon and evening sun with a glass of wine. Also there is an outside tap and hose pipe, lockable shed, which is ideal secure storage for bikes, walking, beach or fishing equipment.
Ground floor: kitchen, dining, living and utility rooms.
First floor: bathroom, twin bedroom and a further lounge with views towards East Cliff and Whitby Abbey.
Second floor: Twin bedroom, bathroom, double bedroom with views of the sea and Abbey.
Third floor: Attic bedroom with ensuite and views of the sea and Abbey.
All bed linen, towels, gas and electricity are included. All appliances are new as is the cot and highchair which are available for our younger guests. A welcome pack is provided on arrival complete with complimentary tea, coffee, milk, bread and wine. Sorry but we have a NO PETS and NO SMOKING policy within the property.
